Event Information

Cyclocross is a very specific type of bike racing. You can expect to encounter grass, dirt, mud, gravel, sand, and a whole slew of other assortments and combinations. The races are based on a set time (measured by numbers of laps), not distance.

When: Saturday, December 8, 2018, 10:00am
What: A one of a kind cycling experience you don't want to miss!
Where: Lake Fayetteville's North Shore
Who: Open to all, various USA Cycling categories available to participate in. First timers encouraged to try! Beginners welcomed and all cyclist are encouraged to participate.


CycloFrost will be sanctioned with USA Cycling. This race is one of four in the newly formed NWA CX Series. Details on the series can be found by clicking the above link. Be brave and race twice! Races are schedule to encourage multiple races with plenty of recovery time in between
Participants can do multiple races, however, points will only be scored for one race. Pre-riding will open at 9:00am on Saturday.

Online registration will be available September 8 - December 7th at 5:00pm. $35 entry, $15 for additional races. Day of race registration is also available for $40 (cash or check only) and $15 for additional races. Registrations will be accepted at the Lake Fayetteville North Shore Pavilion from 9:00am-1:00pm. Registration will close 10 minutes prior to race start times. 


Award presentations will follow each race. Payouts will be awarded to the Top 4 Places in the Men's Open and Women's Open categories ONLY in the amounts of $100, $70, $50, and $30. Wicked Cool Swag will be awarded to top three finishers in all other categories.


If you are looking to get involved, we have plenty of opportunities for you such as event set up, participant check in, and course monitors. Volunteers receive a t-shirt!
