    Statement of "No-Bid: The Statement of No-Bid form is made available to any entity, individual, company, etc. that wishes to inform the City of any reason for deciding not to participate in a bid.  This form is not required but is presented and made available to maintain a positive relationship with vendors and solicit feedback on ways to improve the City's bidding (Bid), request for proposal (RFP) and request for qualification (RFQ) processes.
