Public Comment Being Taken for Solid Waste & Recycling Resource Management Plan

The City of Fayetteville has developed a draft Solid Waste & Recycling Resource Management Plan and is now in the public review phase of the document's development.

Solid Waste and Recycling February Schedule

This is the Fayetteville Solid Waste and Recycling Division’s February press release covering President’s Day holiday schedules, residential rate increase information, screened compost available for sale, Transfer Station hours of operation, Compost Facility hours of operation, mulch distribution, recycling drop off information, apartment recycling information and information on #3 through #7 plastic bottles and containers now being accepted at the recycling drop off.

Planning for Fest of All 2012: Celebrating the Many Cultures of the Ozarks has begun. The first planning meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 31 at Tim's Pizza on the Fayetteville Square at 11:30 AM. Fest of All is a free annual festival that encourages the appreciation and recognition of community diversity through entertainment, education, and artistic expression of all cultures. It will be held on Thursday, September 6 from 5-8 PM in conjunction with First Thursday on the Fayetteville Square.
